Who We Are
The Framily Support Network is a grassroots advocacy organization fighting for a Central Florida where every person has safety, stability, and the freedom to thrive. We confront the systems that keep people unhoused, unheard, and underserved — and we push for policy reforms that actually meet the realities of our community.
We believe housing is a human right. We believe survivors deserve protection without navigating a maze of bureaucracy. We believe poverty is the predictable outcome of policy choices — not personal failure. And we refuse to sit quietly while people fall through the cracks of systems built without them in mind.
Our work is driven by lived experience, community insight, and the unwavering belief that compassion must be backed by action. We amplify the voices of those too often ignored, mobilize residents to demand meaningful change, and hold institutions accountable for the harm they allow to continue.
FSN is not a charity. We are a catalyst.
A pressure point.
A voice demanding a safer, more just Central Florida — and a community strong enough to make it happen.
Mission & Values
Our Mission
The Framily Support Network exists to confront the systems that create homelessness, fuel domestic violence, and enable human trafficking — and to replace those systems with policies rooted in dignity, equity, and community power.
We amplify unheard voices, challenge harmful structures, and mobilize people to build a Central Florida where safety and stability are not privileges, but rights shared by all.
We listen to the community.
We act with purpose.
We fight for change that lasts.
Our Values
Dignity First
Every person deserves safety, respect, and the resources they need to thrive. We reject narratives that blame individuals for systemic failures.
Community-Led Solutions
People closest to the problem are closest to the solution. We elevate lived experience and ensure those impacted guide our advocacy.
Justice Through Action
Compassion without action changes nothing. We push for bold, practical policy reforms that remove barriers and strengthen community wellbeing.
Accountability & Transparency
Institutions must answer for the harm they cause or allow. We advocate for systems that are responsive, equitable, and grounded in human rights.
Solidarity Over Charity
We don’t “save” people — we stand with them. Our work is rooted in partnership, empowerment, and collective responsibility.
Courage in the Face of Injustice
We name what is broken, challenge what is harmful, and refuse to be silent when lives are at stake. Our advocacy is driven by urgency, truth, and moral clarity.
Leadership
Guided by Lived Experience. Driven by Justice. United by Purpose.
The Framily Support Network is led by advocates who understand firsthand the barriers our community faces — and who refuse to accept systems that leave people behind. Our leadership team brings together lived experience, professional expertise, and an unwavering commitment to policy change that centers humanity over bureaucracy.
